Target stands have been set up for pistol shooting only on the outdoor range. They are staked to the ground and are not to be moved. This adds 15 foot and 30 foot distances. This is being done on a trial basis to guage use and need. Do not move any of the stands from their current positions. NRA recommended upgrades are in progress so please bear with us. The tar walkway will be removed down range to prevent bullet skipping but we plan on a stone dust walkway as a replacement. The target stands are being adjusted to we can reopen the lattice blocked lane. An additional rifle shooting table has been added. Thanks for your patience and support!

Empty magnum shell casings are being found in the indoor range. NO MAGNUMS of any caliber are allowed indoors.

This is for you safety and the safety of the range. If you wish to shoot magnums they are allowed on the outdoor range only.

    Thank You and safe shooting!

A number of our RSO's and Instructors have been CPR certified and thanks to the Officers and Board an Automatic Electronic Defibrillator (AED) has been provided at the club. It is mounted next to the Safe Room Door. It has easy instructions so that anyone could use it if a certified user was not present. But remember always call 911 first!

After a number of controlled tests and careful, thorough evaluation led by Greg Derr, the club is now allowing the use of jacketed ammo indoors. All other range rules, which are posted in the range and on the website, still remain in effect. Thanks to Greg, members of the Action Shoot group and the RSO's for conducting the evaluation.

During the Board Meeting on December 28, 2011, the Board of Directors changed the club rules allowing six (6) rounds to be loaded instead of the historical 5 round limit. The change from 5 rounds to 6 rounds was initiated to accomodate our revolver shooters and applies to all guns EXCEPT shotguns.
